Fil
Vocasek is a multi-disciplinary artist living and working in New York.
He has been involved in theatre academically and professionally
designing, acting and directing for the last twelve years in Kansas,
Chicago and New York. He has done graphic design work for numerous
theatre companies, political groups and businesses: local and national.
Additionally he creates visual art and produced commissioned
mixed-media works in Chicago.
An associate member of Title:Point since July 2007, Fil designed and
executed make-up/hair for
JourneyPath:
An Experiment in Rightness
and is Assistant Directing the
2008 production of
mythic
figurations: a power triptych.
Additionally, Fil
performed in the pre(conception) reading of
The Dinner Rehearsal
and
directed the reading of Emily Schwartz's
The Dastardly Ficus
.
